The landing page undoes the campaign
You pay for the click, then send it to a slow homepage with no clear next step. The ad worked. The page did not.
Digital marketing
Google Ads, paid social, social media management and campaign creative. And because we also build the pages the ads point at, we can fix the leak rather than just report it.
The problem
The campaign gets blamed because it is the visible part. The money usually goes somewhere else.
You pay for the click, then send it to a slow homepage with no clear next step. The ad worked. The page did not.
Conversions counted as form views, phone calls not tracked at all, so the reporting cannot tell a good campaign from a bad one.
Wide keyword matching and loose audiences spend most of the money on people who were never going to buy.
Impressions, clicks and CTR go up. What a booked job costs stays unknown.
Our approach
We would rather spend the first two weeks on tracking and landing pages than on launching fast. It is unglamorous and it is where most of the return comes from.
Conversion tracking, call tracking and GA4 set up and verified before a campaign goes live.
We build and iterate the destination, so a conversion problem gets fixed instead of reported.
Negative keywords, audience exclusions and placement control to stop budget leaking.
Ad copy and visuals written against the intent behind the query, not one generic message for everyone.
What's included
Campaign management is billed as a clear monthly fee separate from your ad spend. The spend goes to the platform, not to us.
Search, Performance Max and remarketing campaigns built, monitored and optimised weekly.
Facebook and Instagram advertising with audience building, creative testing and budget control.
GA4, Google Ads conversions, call tracking and form tracking configured and verified.
Purpose-built pages for each campaign, iterated against real conversion data.
Ongoing content, scheduling, community responses and reporting for business social accounts.
Ad copy, static creative and short-form video produced with our design and video team.
Who to target, what they search, and which segments are worth excluding.
Allocation across campaigns and channels, with pacing so budget lasts the month.
Structured testing on headlines, creative and landing pages rather than random changes.
Spend, leads, cost per lead and cost per booked job, with what we are changing next.
Outcomes
Tighter targeting and better landing pages mean the same budget produces more work.
You can see which channels, campaigns and keywords produce booked jobs, and fund accordingly.
Paid traffic produces enquiries in weeks, covering the gap while organic visibility develops.
Ad data tells you within weeks which messages and search terms convert — useful well beyond the ads.
Social management keeps the business visible between campaigns instead of going quiet.
Campaigns run in your ad accounts. If we part ways, the history and the data stay with you.
How it runs
Scope and price agreed in writing before anyone starts building.
01
What a customer is worth, what you can afford per enquiry, and where they currently come from.
02
Channel mix, targeting, budget allocation and the offer, agreed before spend starts.
03
Tracking, landing pages, audiences and creative built and tested.
04
Campaigns go live with conservative budgets, monitored daily through the first weeks.
05
Weekly optimisation and monthly reporting. Scale what pays, cut what does not.
Questions
If yours is not here, ask us directly — you will get a straight answer rather than a sales call.
Work backwards. If a job is worth two thousand dollars and you would happily pay two hundred to win one, that sets your cost-per-enquiry ceiling. Multiply by how many jobs you want per month and you have a starting budget. We would rather start small, prove the numbers, then scale.
No. Ad spend goes directly to Google or Meta from your own account. Our management fee is separate and stated up front, so you always know what the platform got and what we got.
Paid search can produce enquiries in the first week once tracking and pages are ready. The first month is mostly learning — the cost per lead usually improves noticeably in months two and three as we cut what is not working.
Almost always. Homepages are built to serve everybody, which makes them a poor destination for a specific search. A focused page matched to the query typically converts several times better for the same spend.
Yes. We audit what is running, keep what works, and tell you honestly if the account is worth restructuring rather than continuing.
