By opting into SMS messaging from TechZilla Digital Solutions LLC, you agree to receive SMS communications related to the services we provide. These may include:

Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier plan. Charges are billed and payable to your mobile service provider.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent to your number.

Service engagement terms

Work carried out by TechZilla Digital Solutions LLC is governed by the individual proposal, scope of work or service agreement signed for that project. Where those documents and these terms differ, the signed agreement takes precedence.

Needs your input before publishing

The current published terms cover SMS messaging only. A full Terms & Conditions page normally also states: payment terms and late fees, project scope and change-request handling, intellectual property and ownership of deliverables on completion, warranty and liability limits, cancellation and refund policy, and governing law and jurisdiction (presumably the State of Texas). Send me your standard client agreement wording and I will build those sections. Nothing here should be treated as legal advice — have the final page reviewed by a qualified attorney.
